Football Player

The Resume

Why he might be annoying:

He shares his name with the founder of the Black Lives Matter movement.
Between 2005 and 2007, he signed with the Detroit Lions, Indianapolis Colts and the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, but was unable to earn a roster spot on all three of the teams.
He is remembered for throwing the pass to Bert Emanuel that was overturned, which cost the Bucs a chance to reach Super Bowl XXXIV (1999).
His performance regressed enough the following year, that the Bucs signed Brad Johnson as his replacement.
To add further insult, he was relegated to third string duty behind both Brad and Rob Johnson.
His tenure as a starting quarterback in Arizona lasted only two games.

Why he might not be annoying:

He left Tulane as the NCAA Division I's all-time leader for passer rating in a single season.
He had the opportunity to play for his hometown Buccaneers.
He guided the Bucs to a 6-1 record after taking over to starting role in relief of Trent Dilfer, guiding the team to a playoff berth (1999).
He was the first Buccaneers rookie quarterback since Vinny Testaverde to win his first game as a starter.
He was a member of the Buccaneers first Super Bowl championship team (2002).
