Why he might be annoying:

He was a white slaver who raped women, then forced them on drugs and into prostitution.
His brother assisted him in these acts.
He fixed many local Chicago elections.
For a mobster, he had little or no fighting skills.
He was beaten up several times by other mobsters (wuss).
All he had to do was rat on someone to Al Capone, and that person would be killed.
He was nicknamed ‘Greasy Thumb’ because he was responsible for cash payoffs to cops and politicos.
He failed to pay his income tax.
He had no neck whatsoever.

Why he might not be annoying:

He did five years in prison for income tax evasion.
He and Al Capone were the best of friends.
He never killed anyone with his own hands.
He had one of the longest-lasting careers in mob history.
In a rare change of pace for a mobster, he wasn’t murdered (maybe he should have been?).
