Entire population is Christian

Why Nauru might be annoying:

Most of the people have been (at least remotely) connected with phosphate mining, until phosphate ran out in 2000.
Occasionally hit by monsoons.
Its people periodically suffer droughts.
Its people are called Nauruans (not morons!).
Its 14 districts are Aiwo, Anabar, Anetan, Anibare, Baiti, Boe, Buada, Denigomodu, Ewa, Ijuw, Meneng, Nibok, Uaboe and Yaren.
It has only one radio and TV station.

Why Nauru might not be annoying:

It was called Pleasant Island because Captain Fearn, of the US whaler 'Hunter,' thought it was.
When the people of Nauru Island realized that they were running out of phosphate, they invested their money to maintain a standard of living.
They are one of the richest per capita nations with much of the income coming from exporting bird droppings as fertilizer.
