Why she might be annoying:

After her racy role in 'M*A*S*H' she stated, 'I was sought to do nudity. All nude roles. And I turned down a lot of pictures because of the nudity. I would not do nudity because of my upbringing. I'm not going to wait 30 years from now and have my children saying, 'oh, there's mommy on the screen, nude.' (prude)
She turned down the Bonnie Franklin role in the TV series 'One Day At A Time' for reasons known only to her.
She married and divorced TV game show host Chuck Wollery.
She abandoned her career when she became a born-again Christian.

Why she might not be annoying:

Though a lot of her scenes in 'M*A*S*H' were edited out, enough remained that she was offered several made-for-TV movie roles and TV series parts.
She has hosted coverage of The Special Olympics for NBC.
She is proud of her interviews for TV celebrity news shows featuring Barry Goldwater, Christopher Reeve, Alan Shepard, Garry Marshall and Ray Bradbury.
She has a second career as a motivational speaker.
