    Defensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos (2010-11) and the New Orleans Saints (2015-21)
    Head coach of the Oakland Raiders (2012-14) and the New Orleans Saints

Why he might be annoying:

    His defenses were known for giving up a lot of yards.
    He spent most of his career as an assistant to a position coach, and only one year as a coordinator.
    There were rumors that he would be fired during his first season with the Raiders.
    He spent four years as a graduate assistant at Teas A&M.

    His father, former Texas A&M star Grady Allen, passed away during the 2012 season.
    During his one year in Denver, his team ranked 5th in the league in sacks.
    He began his coaching career at his alma mater
