Why they might be annoying:

They are named B1 and B2.
They play tricks on their mates, the Teddies.
They threatened to go on strike during contract negotiations with ABC, claiming that ABC 'is not taking them seriously' (aren't they so cute? - January 2001).
They have appeal but are slippery.
They are fruits and phallic symbols.

Why they might not be annoying:

They've been around since 1992, yet they haven't rotted.
They live in a nice neighborhood (Cuddles Avenue).
They are twins.
Their mother must have enjoyed the act of giving birth to bananas (it makes you wonder how she got pregnant in the first place).
The are high in potassium and are a fine addition to breakfast cereals.
