Killed 16-20 in the Los Angeles area (June 1984-August 31, 1985)

Why he might be annoying:

He abused drugs.
He molested girls aged six to nine.
He carved out a victim's eyes that he carried with him.
He was a Satanist and drew a pentagram on a victim.
His anthem was AC/DC's 'Night Prowler' playing it over and over.
He raped, beat and abused at least ten victims.
When the heat was on in Los Angeles he murdered in San Francisco.
To avoid being profiled he chose random victims and different methods.
He beat, stabbed or shot his murder victims.
He showed no remorse, yelling 'Hail Satan!' at a court appearance.
When being transferred jail, he said 'I'm going to Disneyland.'

Why he might not be annoying:

East L.A. residents recognized him and caught him attempting to steal a car. They beat him senseless and only the cops saved him.
He was sentence to death on 13 murders and 30 felonies (September 20, 1989).
