The Resume

    (November 1, 1947-January 3, 2012)
Born in Plymouth, England, United Kingdom
    Guitarist with Fleetwood Mac (1972-73)
    Also played banjo and harmonica
Appeared on the band's albums 'Penguin' (1973) and 'Mystery to Me' (1973)
Recorded the solo albums 'Night Light' (1980), 'Studio Picks' (1981) and 'There's a Heaven' (1999)

Why he might be annoying:

While Fleetwood Mac were touring America, he had an affair with Mick Fleetwood's wife, leading to the tour being cancelled mid-way through and his expulsion from the band (1973).
He called it 'the most expensive affair I've ever had in my life... cost me a career, that did.'
He was not inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with the other members of Fleetwood Mac.

Why he might not be annoying:

He met Fleetwood Mac while playing guitar for English blues singer Long John Baldry.
He said he was used as a 'scapegoat' for Fleetwood Mac's problems. (Which during the '73 tour also included Christine and John McVie's marriage falling apart due to John's drinking and Christine's affair with the band's producer.)
Suggesting that there were no hard feelings (at least in the long term), Mick Fleetwood played drums on his second solo album.
