Why she might be annoying:

    She married Etienne Szabo only 42 days after meeting him.
    She volunteered for dangerous missions despite having a two-year old daughter.
    Her superiors worried that she took unnecessary risks.

Why she might not be annoying:

    Her husband was killed during the Battle of El Alamein, and died without ever seeing their daughter.
    During her capture, she held off the Germans with a Sten gun long enough to allow her comrades in the resistance to escape.
    She was tortured by the Gestapo. but did not reveal any information.
    She posthumously became the second woman awarded the George Cross for heroism.
    Fellow SOE agent and Ravensbruck inmate Odette Churchill said, 'She was the bravest of us all.'
