    Born in United States
    Resided in Piermont, New Jersey
Law enforcement officer in Bronx, New York
Husband of The Moment of Truth game show contestant Lauren Cleri
Issues regarding his marriage were publicly revealed by wife's answers to contestant questions (February 25, 2008)

Why he might be annoying:

He and Lauren eloped after an eight month relationship and were married by a justice of the peace.
He acknowledged his marital issues which included Lauren's infidelity before the show's taping, but he did not think that the adultery details would be revealed on air.
Their marital issues and her adultery were not revealed to family and friends before the show's taping.
While appearing with Lauren on the show, her answers to contestant questions regarding a lack of commitment to him and adultery publicly disclosed their personal marriage issues to countless people and humiliated him.
He allowed Lauren and himself to appear on a controversial show with a possible $500,000 prize as Lauren's main motive.
He was criticized by some for not taking a stronger stand against his wife's commitment and adultery issues, and he was accused of having more advance knowledge of the show's question details than he publicly admitted.
He indicated that their issues and Lauren's show appearance would probably end their marriage.

Why he might not be annoying:

He described himself and Lauren as 'young, dumb, and in love' on their wedding day.
He and his wife stated that her ex- boyfriend's appearance on the show with questions regarding Lauren's loyalty to Frank was unexpected.
Lauren planned to share any prize money won on the show with him.
They indicated that any money that she might have won would not have resolved his and Lauren's marriage issues.
Despite doubts about his marriage, he continued to wear his wedding ring after Lauren's incident.
Viewer numbers for the Moment of Truth episode featuring Lauren were the lowest for the series to date.
He was a respected U.S. Air Force serviceman and NYPD officer.
