He was caught using marijuana at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas (2001).
He cost the Athletics a chance to play in the World Series by not sliding into home in Game 3 of the American League Division Series in 2001.
He has admitted to using steroids and other performance enhancing drugs.
He was nowhere near as talented as his brother.
