Why Tuvalu might be annoying:

It has a rainy season (November to March).
Most of the Tuvaluans fish.
The US does not have an ambassador to Tuvalu, it uses the ambassador from Fiji.
Its people make money selling stamps and coins to foreigners.
Much of its economy is based on wages sent home by those working abroad.

Why Tuvalu might not be annoying:

The Tuvaluans are very friendly Polynesian people.
It broke away from the more aggressive Gilbert Islanders to be on its own.
It grows delicious coconuts.
Severe tropical storms rarely occur here, and much of the year its people enjoy trade winds.
