The Resume

    (May 2, 1990- )
    Born in Monrovia, Liberia
Birth name is Snorsio Alston Moore
    NFL linebacker
    Attended the University of Connecticut
Played for the Oakland Raiders (2013-15) and the Indianapolis Colts (2015–16)
Drafted 66th overall by the Raiders in the 3rd round of the 2013 Draft

Why he might be annoying:

He was arrested on charges of reckless driving after the Indianapolis police alleged he was going more than 100 miles per hour over the speed limit.
He was covered on TMZ for tweeting: 'You ever fart in the cold tub and it make it just a lil bit warmer lol.'
He got into a heated exchange with Colin Kaepernick during the halftime of a Raiders-49ers game that went viral in which he referred to Kaepernick as a 'bitch ass motherfucker.'
He carried the feud into social media, later posting on Instagram an image of himself and Kaepernick arguing, which included the caption: 'There’s a difference between boys and Men… Freakin chump.'
After his release from the Colts, in 2016, he wandered between the Chiefs, the Cardinals, and finally the Texans (offseason only) without making much of an impression.

Why he might not be annoying:

His family moved to Connecticut when he was young in order to avoid an escalating civil war in their native Liberia.
He was known for engaging Raiders fans actively on social media.
His celebration dance with Khalil Mack over a sack on Alex Smith less than a minute before the Chiefs hiked the ball became a popular and widely parodied sports meme.
His football career was badly affected by a hip injury suffered in 2015.
Raiders fans blamed Jack Del Rio for trading him to the Texans before developing to his full potential.
His halftime standoff with Colin Kaepernick ended with the Raiders decisively beating the Niners, effectively ending the team's playoff hopes for the 2014 season (Kaep was sacked five times, including one tackle by Moore).
