He spent his first six NHL seasons on a putrid Sabres team.
He had a Minions themed goalie mask in his first season with the Sabres.
His signing with the Bruins intially didn't go over well with the team's fan base, who felt he was a substandard replacement for Tuukka Rask.
He has a penchant for giving up soft goals.

He posted strong numbers for the Sabres, despite the fact he was on a substandard team.
He was the lone goalie to post a winning record for the Sabres during their lean years.
He had unique designs on his goalie pads during his stint with the Sabres.
Despite his departure in free agency, he showed immense gratitude towards the Sabres and the team's owners, Terry and Kim Pegula.
He's humble and modest, and prefers to look out for his teammates before himself.
