Why he might be annoying:

He got his nickname, ‘The Pocket Rocket,’ from his relatively short stature. Conveniently, it also describes his womanizing ways.
He has 14 children with nine different women.
He hid from his then-wife that he had four other families.
He told the children from his other families not to call him ‘Dad’ in order to protect his public image.
He was accused of sexually abusing five of his daughters.

Why he might not be annoying:

The molestation accusations were probably brought on by a money dispute.
Despite the case, he hoped to reconcile with his daughters.
He shot an NBA-record 95.8% from the free throw line during the 1980-81 season.
He was the Rockets’ all-time leading scorer until Hakeem Olajuwon passed him.
He proved that people shorter than six feet could succeed in basketball, paving the way for Spud Webb and Muggsy Bogues.
He was the color commentator on the NBA Live 2003 video game.
He is a national champion baton twirler.
