What a strange name 'Ivana Ma.'
She admits to being a fan of Hall and Oates.
She lists those goofy Quiznos Sub commercials as one of her favorite TV shows.
When Entertainment Weekly asked her why she will win, she said 'Because I said so?'
She tends to deny responsibility when things go bad.
She is wishy washy and has trouble making decisions.
When Donald Trump should have fired her for her incompetence but instead fired Bradford Cohen simply because he refused his exemption. She almost went into shock.
As project manager her team stole the men's idea of selling ice cream at the Times Square location and linking both carts together for the sale.

Why she might not be annoying:

She came in with the disadvantage of having the same name as Donald's first wife.
She wants to leave a legacy.
She acknowledges that 'The Apprentice' is merely a game.
She claims to have brains and be sassy.
She graduated with a BS in finance from the University of Virginia.
She raised $5,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphomas Society doing a 100-mile ride around Lake Tahoe.
She felt that when Bradford Cohen was project manager, he was a bully.
She created the winning idea of using a dial-wheel catalog on the Levi's project.
Trump berated her for dropping her skirt in New York to sell M&M's yet he, NBC and The Apprentice exploited it by using it in their promos. He never complained about other Apprentice candidates appearing in their undies for magazine spreads or even that he appeared with Erika and Omaraso, with their shirts unbutton, for the cover of TV Guide.
