Why she might be annoying:

She was the only member of her tribe under the age of 30.
She worked customer service for a major credit card company.
She loves to shop.
She was voted out simply for getting too sick too fast (which was happening to Jessie Camacho at the same point).
When she was voted out, one of her tribemates marked down her home state (Tennessee) instead of her actual name.

Why she might not be annoying:

While guiding her blindfolded tribemates in a slalom, she actually paid attention to their safety (unlike Penny).
Her job requires her to deal with sexually and physically abused children.
Although her voice had an unmistakable twang, she was clear as a bell when she spoke.
She is an avid runner.
She is a huge football fan.
She is certified in CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) and First-Aid.
