Why he might be annoying:

He is not only a Mormon, but he labels himself a ‘Gay Mormon.’
He has overly whitened teeth.
He is easily the weakest man in his tribe.
He cost his tribe a huge chunk of time and a victory when he struggled to climb a short ladder in a reward challenge.
He suggested to his tribe members to eat termites when they became bored with eating boiled ground corn.
He can play Beethoven’s ‘Ode to Joy’ on the piano with his toes.
His red hair and pale skin made it dangerous to play 'Survivor’in a hot sunny location.

Why he might not be annoying:

He attended Brown University to study biology and anthropology.
Thanks to his Mormon faith, he has 60 first cousins.
By the age of 22, he’s traveled to all 50 states and to 14 different countries.
He quotes: ‘you haven’t really experienced a place unless you’ve slept on the ground and woken up to the sunrise there.’
His hero is his mother because she chose to become a mother when she had the intelligence, creativity and ability to do whatever she wanted with her life.
To his defense, his difficulty climbing a short ladder was contributed to dehydration and the Guatemalan heat.
