Why Port Arthur Bearcats might be annoying:

They were informally known as the Ports and the Seniors, before taking the Bearcats nickname.
They played in the Manitoba Senior A Hockey League, primarily to the fact they were isolated from the rest of the competition in Ontario.
They have the distinction of suffering the worst blowout loss in a Stanley Cup game.
They were defeated 13-4 by the Stanley Cup champion Ottawa Senators (1911).
They essentially conceded and elected to opt out, rather then make a series out of it.

Why Port Arthur Bearcats might not be annoying:

They were the second team from the Northern Ontario region, after the Kenora Thistles to compete for the Stanley Cup.
They won five Allan Cup championships, following the Stanley Cup trustee's decision to award that trophy to professional teams.
They served as the Canadian men's hockey team at the 1936 Winter Olympics, earning the country a silver medal.
They were unable to defend their title at the 1940 games, as a result of a boycott in regards to the invasion of Poland.
