She was an only child.
She admitted getting her first copy writing job just because she could type.
In 1965, she divorced her college sweetheart.
She refused to promote other women to top management at her agency (Queen Bee Syndrome?).

Why she might not be annoying:

She broke the glass ceiling of the ad world, becoming the highest paid ad executive in 1969.
She was the first female Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
Clients were shocked that such a beautiful woman could also prove to be brainy.
