The Resume
(February 18, 1975- )
First female pitcher in a men's pro baseball league
Signed with Northern League's St. Paul Saints (May 29, 1997)
Why she might be annoying

She was traded from St. Paul to Duluth-Superior after only playing in a handful of games.
She has been traded a number of times.
In 1999, she started twelve games for Madison Black Wolf, but only won one game (in fairness, she did not lose any).
Why she might not be annoying
She was the first female to earn a baseball scholarship to college.
Her uniform, glove and ball are displayed the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, N.Y.
She told Sports Illustrated: 'I don't see myself as a pioneer. I just see myself as someone who loves baseball.'
She broke baseball's all male barrier.
She was selected #98 by Sports Illustrated for Women's Century's Greatest Sportswomen.
