He was sued for $35 million by producer, James Moscovitz, when he failed to honor a contract to do radio shows.
The producer said that his excuses ranged from flu to pneumonia to manic depression (1997).
He speaks in a monotone voice.

On his talk show, actress Barbara Hershey pulled out her boob to breast feed her child.
