    Despite the Detroit Lions being the laughing stock of the NFL for years, he said that no team could beat them.
    He said the Lions were extremely close to putting up 40 points against the Seahawks after they scored only 6 points.
    He guaranteed that his Lions would beat the Chicago Bears; the Bears beat the Lions 34-7 (September 17, 2006).
    He shares his name with a NCAA coach and a NFL safety.
