Why he might be annoying:

He served as the interim head coach for the New York Rangers for the last four games of the 1999-2000 season.
He has an extremely short fuse.
He got into a shouting match with Flyers' head coach Ken Hitchcock during the 2004 Eastern Finals.
He is nicknamed 'Fonzie' as a result of his resemblance to Henry Winkler.
He went from being clean shaven to scruffy looking since taking the reins of Lightning head coach.
He frequently uses profanities during his press conferences.
He appeared on the Dr. Phil show.
During a post-game news conference, he told New York area reporter Larry Brooks to 'get the fuck out of here' on live television.
He was suspended one playoff game for throwing a water bottle into the stands.

Why he might not be annoying:

He was instrumental in the Lightning's turnaround from laughingstock to contender in two full seasons.
He wisely stripped Vincent Lecavalier of the captaincy so he could focus on his development as a player.
He won championships in every level of hockey he coached.
He is a coach who isn't afraid to publicly criticize his players.
He coached the Lightning to the 2004 Stanley Cup title.
